If your loan was originated before 10/01/2015, please call 855-836-4997 for additional instructions. If your loan was originated after 05/01/2016, please call 877-356-0974 for additional instructions.

Am I able to access my account online?
Please visit www.loanadministration.com to register. You will have the option to create a user name and password to access all your loan information online. If you are unable to register via this site, please call our office at 877-939-2382, or email your question to loanservicing@affiliatedmtg.com and include the name listed on the loan and property address. If documents need to be sent, please fax the documents to the attention of Loan Servicing at 877-594-5434.

How would I know if my loan was recently sold?
Please check your most recent monthly statement, the letterhead will reflect who is servicing your loan. When am I considered late?
Your payment is due on the first of the month; however, you have a 15-day grace period in which to make your payment.
